Paul Elliott represents the 14th District on the Pulaski County Quorum Court. Mr. Elliott was first elected to the Pulaski County Quorum Court in 2011 and is serving his third term as Justice of the Peace. He has twice been appointed to serve on the Association of Arkansas Counties’ Executive Committee as a representative of the 2nd Congressional District.
Paul Elliott is a lifetime resident of Pulaski County and graduate of North Little Rock High School. He attended Arkansas State Teachers College where he studied Business Administration and History before completing his training at the Arkansas Police Academy.
Paul honorably served as a patrolman for the North Little Rock Police Department before becoming a Senior Special Agent for the Union Pacific Railroad. His career with the railroad gave him the opportunity to work with numerous state and federal law enforcement agencies through the country. He was key to the creation and implementation of Operation Lifesaver in Arkansas and helped establish policies and procedures for the Pulaski Tech College Police Department.
Mr. Elliott is active in numerous civic and business organizations in the community and is a member of the Maumelle Lions Club and M.C.A. He retired from the Union Pacific Railroad in 1994. He and his wife reside in Maumelle and have two sons.
