Lillie Antoinette McMullen represents the 5th District on the Pulaski County Quorum Court. Ms. McMullen was first elected to the Pulaski County Quorum Court in 2013 and is serving her third term as Justice of the Peace.
Ms. McMullen was raised in Little Rock and graduated from Central High School. As a youth and young adult she received spiritual counseling at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, which molded her character and shaped her strong sense of duty. She has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and an M.S. in School Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas.
For the past 25 years Ms. McMullen has worked as a certified School Psychology Specialist with Little Rock School District. Additionally she has provided part-time services at the Family Guidance Center in Little Rock as a Psychological Therapist, and has taught as an adjunct professor of Psychology at Philander Smith College.
Ms. McMullen is a member of the Arkansas Association of Masters in Psychology. She is a licensed Independent Psychological Examiner through the Arkansas Psychology Board and is a certified School Psychology Specialist through the Arkansas State Department of Education.
Ms. McMullen is passionate about community service and is an active member of several civic, professional and leadership organizations.
She was appointed to the Americans with Disabilities Act Citizen’s Grievance Committee in 2010 by the mayor, served from 2002-2004 as a legislative appointee to the Martin Luther King Jr. Commission and was a charter member of the Little Rock Cultural Diversity Commission. Currently she is serving on the Little Rock Commission of Children Youth & Families.
She lives in Little Rock and has two sons.
