Donna Massey represents the 6th District on the Pulaski County Quorum Court. She has served as a Justice of the Peace on the Pulaski County Quorum Court since 1999 and is currently serving her 10th consecutive term.
A native of Marianna, she graduated from Lee Senior High in the Marianna Public School System, and has a B.S. and M.A. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Ms. Massey has worked for the past twenty-nine years as a Customer Service Representative for FedEx Freight in Little Rock, Arkansas. She has also been active throughout the state for the past twenty-five years as a professional vocalist in a wide range of venues.
Ms. Massey is a strong advocate of community involvement and civic responsibility. She is a member of the National Association of University Women, former Board Member of the local Public Service Radio Station KABF, and a former Board Member for the national organization, Leadership for the Common Good. She serves currently as Board President of Arkansas Community Organizations (ACO).
For the past sixteen years, she has been an active member of Mount Sinai Baptist Church of Little Rock.
