Pulaski County Law Enforcement
The Sixth Judicial District Office of the Prosecuting Attorney serves as trial counsel and advisor to numerous law enforcement agencies working the largest metropolitan statistical area in the state.

The Sixth Judicial District includes the Little Rock Police Department, North Little Rock Police Department, Pulaski County Sheriff Department, Arkansas State Police, Jacksonville Police Department, Sherwood Police Department, Maumelle Department of Public Safety, Perryville Police Department and Perry County Sheriff Department.

The Sixth Judicial District Office of the Prosecuting Attorney serves the FBI, DEA, ATF, secret service, college and university police, hospital police, military police and Arkansas Game and Fish Commission officers.

Attorneys in this office work closely with law enforcement as they perform daily routines.

Hot Checks Unit
The Hot Checks Unit of the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney serves merchants throughout the district in the prosecution and collection of hot checks, forged checks and related matters. This unit educates merchants on prevention of hot check offenses and on effective prosecution or collection of hot checks.

Investigation Unit
The Investigation Unit of the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney conducts high profile and sensitive investigations, including those involving political figures and government offices. This unit locates witnesses and serves witness subpoenas in conjunction with supplemental investigations and criminal prosecutions.
