COVID 19 – County Quorum Court Procedure
Because of the current COVID-19 crisis, and in accordance with Act 2 of 2020 passed by the Arkansas General Assembly on April 16, 2020 and County Judge Barry Hyde’s Executive Order, the Pulaski County Quorum Court will not be opened to the public, but the public may view the meeting via live stream. This meeting, as with all Pulaski County Quorum Court meetings, is available for viewing on the internet at https://pulaskicountyar.swagit.com/live.
Any Pulaski County resident who wishes to speak on agenda items, during any scheduled public hearings, or during public comment may do so by emailing the Quorum Court Office at quorumcourt@pulaskicounty.net by 4:00 p.m. prior to the meeting. Emails sent to the Quorum Court office will be read at the meeting. All emails regarding items under consideration by the Quorum Court must include the resident’s full name and physical address along with the specific item number they are wishing to speak for or against.
Any Pulaski County resident who wishes to make a Public Comment during the public comment segment of the meeting may do so by emailing the Quorum Court Office at quorumcourt@pulaskicounty.net by 4:00 p.m. prior to the meeting. Emails for public comment must include the resident’s full name and physical address along with brief comments.
Anonymous emails for comments will not be read during the meeting.

In compliance with A.C.A. § 14-27-101 & A.C.A § 14-27-103 the annual meeting of the Pulaski County Intergovernmental Cooperation Council (IGCC) will be held Tuesday, Nov. 24.
Attendees are required to wear masks and seating will be physical distanced.
