Preliminary and Final Plat Reviews (Unincorporated Areas of Pulaski County):

Base Fee: $100.00 per application plus
5-40 units: $3.00/unit
41-100 units: $2.00/unit
100+ units: $1.00/unit

*Separate fee required for both Preliminary and Final Plats.
**Lots, acres, or units whichever is greater.

Subdivisions (4 units or less)

Minor Subdivision Fee (includes replats and lot splits): $10.00

Extension of Preliminary Plat Approval

Base Fee: $25.00 per application

Bill of Assurance Amendment

Base Fee: $10.00 per application

Development in the Municipal Extra-Territorial Planning Areas of Pulaski County:

Extra-Territorial plat review fee shall be 33% of the ordinary review fee.
Separate fee required for both Preliminary and Final Plats.

Site Plan Review Fee:

Base Fee: $100.00 for development in unincorporated areas of Pulaski County
Base Fee: $33.00 for development located in the Extra-Territorial jursidiction’s of municipalities
