County Quorum Court Procedures for Attending Meetings and Public Comment
Seating is limited and the public may be required to remain outside of the meeting room if necessary.
Citizens who wish to make public comments in person may fill out a form to speak and be notified and let into the meeting room when it is their turn to address the body during a committee meeting or the specified public comment section Quorum Court Meeting.
Those who wish to submit public comments electronically may do so by emailing the Quorum Court Office email@example.com by 4 p.m. before the meeting. Staff will read emails sent to the Quorum Court office at the meeting. All emails must include the resident’s full name and physical address along with the specific item number or topic they wish to speak for or against. In addition, please indicate if your email is intended for public comment. Emails not specified as “Public Comment” will not be read.
