County Judge Extends Executive Order Through May 17

As social distancing continues to be the best practice to reduce the spread of COVID-19, Pulaski County Judge Barry Hyde extended his executive order limiting access to county buildings through May 17, 2020. These buildings are the Pulaski County Administration Building, Courthouse, Regional Building (Bale Building), Prosecutor’s Office, and District Court/Juvenile Justice Complex.

Those needing to conduct county business may access services online. Residents can assess property by phone at 501-340-6170 or online at pulaskicountyassessor.net. Please note that a new vehicle must be assessed by phone or in person. If you assessed in Pulaski County last year, you may assess online.

Taxes may be paid in installments online at pulaskicountytreasurer.net or by check and mailed to: Pulaski County Treasurer, PO Box 8101, Little Rock, AR 72203. Those without a payment coupon can mail tax payments to: Pulaski County Treasurer, PO Box 430, Little Rock, AR 72203, please include your parcel number. Do not mail cash.

For your convenience, your tax payment may be placed in the drop box on Second Street between Broadway and Spring Streets. Remember, property taxes are delinquent after October 15, 2020.

The Pulaski County Circuit and County Clerk’s employees are working 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Business should be conducted online, by phone, or email if possible. Residents should contact each department for more details. For assistance please call 501-340-8500 or visit pulaskiclerk.com.

Additional County Services

  • The Road and Bridge Department is operating on a rotating schedule to minimize potential exposure (example; instead of 4 to 5 per truck, we’ve reduced to 1 or 2 per truck). We encourage the community to use our Pulaski Works app or call in service requests at 501-340-6800.
  • Animal Services is addressing emergency calls only. Please call 501-210-7508
  • Pulaski County Sanitation is operating as usual. Waste Management is operating as normal. Recycling is picked up as normal. For questions regarding sanitation services call 501-210-7500.
